A narrative related to the ASCA National Model that conveys my growth in knowledge and skills in the Deliver section. I considered feedback provided by my instructors as well as my personal perspective. I also describe the progression of my continued development and competency specific identifying ASCA Student Standards to improve outcomes for all students and gaps through closing-the-gap and small-group activities, including direct and indirect student services.
